Long time, no see, huh??

Dear Diary,

Yep, as expected, I went AWOL! But, day by day, I'm back. Robert threw out his back 2 weeks ago and has been bed bound. He had surgery last Tues, then Sunday was Christmas. Enough excuses?? Seriously, I was a single Mom for 2 weeks and still the only one working for the next 11!!

Ok, so I got a new KU mug with a lid and straw. I have always been better about drinking water thru a straw. So, I brought the cup to work and thought that maybe with baby steps I could start something. I drank 2 glasses of water yesterday and 2 1/2 today. Baby steps!!!

I have new stretch marks on my stomach that itch. It's embarrassing to say, but I want to be honest. I hate them. They are bright red and waaaayyyy towards the top of my abdomen! Sucks!

I think out was a sign!

I ram into am old friend yesterday in my work cafe. She had list a ton of weight! We had been on the same diet at one time what I developed kidney stones. The hospitalist said out could have been the appetite suppressants I was taking. I immediately stopped them, a did my friend when I told her the story.

She said she has list 60# with Weight Watchers. she is only doing the points and has not increased her exercise yet. She liked so good. I was inspired!

Then, guess who checks me put at every front!!!?? My old WW LEADER!!! Iloved her and at one point was successful with at WW with her as my leader.

God has dropped enough hints.... I think I better look into this!!
